ABOUT STRONGEPICLIFE

I'm Arabelle and I created StrongEpicLife as a platform for providing others a holistic approach to an active life. As a certified nutritionist, corrective exercise specialist, personal trainer, yoga teacher and ultrarunning coach I wanted a way to bring all of my passions together to help others reach their individual health and fitness goals and encourage epic living: exploring, adventuring, accepting challenges and balancing it all with inner wisdom and strength.

FITNESS COACHING

Work 1-on-1 or with a partner to meet your fitness goals. These workouts are designed around your goals using equipment you have available in your home. If you need the motivation of others you can join the daily workout on zoom- we lift weights 3 times a week and focus on core the days in between. Sessions take place on zoom and in person sessions are available for local clients.

ULTRARUNNING COACHING

Whether you're training for your first 5K or you're a seasoned ultrarunner looking to improve your performance or anyone in between, working with a running coach can help you become a more efficient runner while avoiding injury. As a UESCA certified ultrarunning coach, I'm excited to share both my education on running as well as all that I've learned in the thousands of miles I've logged as an ultrarunner of distances up to 327 miles. I use Training Peaks with my running clients to track their progress and I provide a structured plan created just for them according to their goals, specific strengths and weaknesses. I don't believe in simply prescribing a weekly mileage plan based on race distance, rather I believe that everyone has individual needs to get to their goal distance and I work closely with clients to make sure those needs are met. My coaching package includes:
Goalsetting meeting 
Outlined training plan on Training Peaks 

Training nutrition guidance

Supplemental exercise/crosstraining programming
Weekly 30 minute video session Unlimited text/call support
Race day planning
I make my best effort to be at all local races to support my clients.

NUTRITION COACHING

As a certified nutritionist I can help you create lifestyle changes to meet your health goals that are sustainable lifelong. Fad diets only lead to disappointment in the long term and life is always going to happen, so together with my clients we create a plan that's manageable and allows room for real life situations. Whether you're an athlete looking to fuel an event or simply someone looking to eat cleaner, I'd love to help you find a healthy balanced diet.
